Located on a picturesque property in the foothills of the Adirondack Mountains, the Paul Nigra Center for Creative Arts is a multi-use, state-of-the-art facility that presents cultural enrichment opportunities at every turn. It provides music and art instruction in thoughtfully designed classrooms, events and social gatherings in beautiful gallery spaces, dancing and singing in performance areas, and a café with healthy local offerings. Inclusion and opportunity for every art enthusiast, regardless of physical or intellectual ability, is delivered at the Paul Nigra Center for Creative Arts.

For the preliminary design of the building, the Paul Nigra Center for Creative Arts partnered with the Savannah College of Art and Design's (SCAD) Collaborative Learning Center (CLC). Twelve students, under the guidance of two professors, from SCAD's interior design, graphic design, writing, performing arts and arts administration programs worked together to study the unique needs of the Paul Nigra Center for Creative Arts and presented ideas about how to best design and adapt the existing space to suit those needs.
