Begin a fresh start to the new season! Transition from the short, cold winter days into the longer, warmer spring days. We’ll follow nature’s lead by gradually lightening and opening physically, emotionally and mentally.

Rejuvenate your body and mind with an invigorating yoga experience designed to leave you feeling fresh, energized and balanced. We will incorporate cleansing yoga postures to avoid common spring challenges such as allergies, retention of winter weight gain, general lethargy and winter blues.

This dynamic style of practice is warming, stimulating and developed with the intention to serve as a foundation for the rest of the year, promoting harmony with nature’s changing rhythms while bringing more balance into your life.

Laughter yoga is a practice involving prolonged voluntary laughter. It is based on the belief that voluntary laughter provides the same physiological and psychological benefits as spontaneous laughter. Laughter yoga is done in groups, with jokes and playfulness shared between participants. Forced laughter soon turns into real and contagious laughter. Join instructor Maria Pantalone for this uplifting class.

Chair yoga is a nice way to ease into the practice. It is also for individuals who prefer a gentle approach to flexibility and poses. This 45-minute session can help you reduce stress as Dori eases you into simple yoga postures on comfortable chairs.
